Terms of Service

1. Service Object

Behive provides a white-label platform for enterprise video conferencing, which includes HD video, screen sharing, chat, file sharing, and collaboration tools. The service is intended exclusively for business and professional users.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the Behive platform implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If the user does not accept these conditions, please do not use the service.

3. Registration and Account

Registration through a business account is required to use the service. The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Keep access credentials confidential
• Immediately notify any unauthorized use of the account
• Not share the account with unauthorized third parties

4. Service Description

Behive offers the following main features:

• HD video conferencing with enterprise quality
• Screen sharing and presentations
• Real-time chat and messaging
• Peer-to-peer file sharing
• White-label customization of corporate branding

5. User Obligations

The user agrees to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. In particular:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not interfere with the operation of the service
• Not attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
• Not use the service for illegal or harmful activities
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Behive and third parties

6. Prohibited Content

It is expressly forbidden to use the platform to share or transmit:

• Illegal, defamatory, or offensive content
• Material that infringes intellectual property rights
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Content that promotes discrimination or violence
• Spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• Content that violates the privacy of third parties

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Behive platform, including software, graphics, trademarks, and content, belong exclusively to Doc System or its licensors. The user does not acquire any ownership rights over the content or technology of the service.

The user retains ownership of content created or shared through the platform, granting Behive a limited license for the technical processing necessary to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Behive is not liable for:

• Service interruptions due to force majeure or maintenance
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss caused by factors outside Behive's control
• Content shared by users during sessions

9. Suspension and Termination

Behive reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in case of violation of these Terms, without notice and without right to refund. In case of serious violations, Behive reserves the right to take legal action.

The user may request deletion of their account at any time by contacting support or through account settings.

10. Modifications to Terms

Behive reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms, the Court of Alessandria shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
